After graduating from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, and moving to Sarasota, I experienced firsthand the explosive growth of this area while living and raising my family here.

My formal real estate education began with the Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate in 1984. Throughout the years, I have bought and sold many homes, and my passion for real estate continues today.

Every purchase or sale is critically important to me because it is critically important to my clients. I would rather decline a transaction than be part of a risky decision. The welfare of my client comes first. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of how I conduct business, and I strive to build relationships with clients for a lifetime—not just one sale.
