Dave is a very patient man and always accommodated our requests to see a home. He was excellent in providing us with the "property for sale" write ups. We not only seen the property but we had all the pertinent information needed to evaluate the property and the associated listing price. After many visits to pre built homes with Dave, we finally came to the conclusion that we wanted a new build. Dave knew the area we were looking in and he guided us to a location that we are totally happy with. Dave is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate salesperson and we would highly recommend his services to any one seriously looking for their next residential home.
